Jen is originally from Scotland and been in New Zealand since 2004 working in several leadership/management roles in health, not-for-profit, local authority and education sectors.
Jen has extensive experience in the public health, health promotion and community/youth development sector
Heather works in the powerhouse at the Rotorua Youth Centre as Business Manager. This means she and her team are responsible for making sure the organisation runs like a well-oiled machine. They manage day to day resources and protocols needed that help to push toward financial, operational and strategic objectives.

I trained as a registered nurse here in Rotorua with a specific focus for the mental health sector. I am passionate about and dedicated to working with a person centered, holistic approach.
