My name is Chris Cookson and I am the Youth Employment Plus Rotorua (YEP R) manager at the Rotorua Community Youth Centre Trust. I work alongside the Youth Worker/Navigators and our Employment Broker in the YEP R team to support our rangatahi into mahi.

I am a nurse but do a few different things at the youth centre. My main job is co-ordinating and delivering Mates and Dates which is a sexual violence prevention and healthy relationship program which we run in the schools.More about Fem

I work alongside kassara to ensure the centre runs nice and smooth, I’m the one you come to if you have any enquiries or need to be connected with our team. On most days I will be your first hello and last goodbye.
